Bluecord

On October 13, between 12:58 PM and 1:46 PM CDT, some users of Bluecord in the US saw pages fail to load or requests time out. The issue affected part of our US service only. No data was lost. Customers in Canada, Europe and Australia were not affected.

We identified the cause and restored normal service at 1:46 PM CDT. We are making changes to prevent it from happening again. We're sorry for the disruption.

Service has been fully restored. The affected database instance was replaced and Bluecord is operating normally.

Total impact was approximately 29 minutes, from 5:20 PM to 5:49 PM ET, for customers in the US region. No data was lost and no customer action is required. Customers in other regions were unaffected.
